We believe at LWCC that nothing happens of eternal value without prayer!  James says the "effective, fervent prayer of righteous people availeth much" and we say amen to that! 

Therefore, every Sunday morning before church we have a time of pre-service prayer as we intercede for the morning worship service, for those the Lord is drawing to LWCC, and for the Holy Spirit to show up in a mighty way!  God has been so faithful to meet with us each week as we experience His presence in greater ways.

We also set aside time during the worship service to pray for those who need someone to agree with them in prayer according to God's Word for their particular need.  We believe in divine healing and therefore do as James 5:14 instructs, "Is any one of you sick?  He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.  And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up."  We've had the "lost" saved, the hungry filled, the sick healed, and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit lead people into Truth. 

On Tuesdays from 12-1pm we have intercessory prayer for the needs of the church family.  We come boldly into His throne knowing that He not only hears, but He acts on our behalf.  These times of prayer are available to all.
